Machined Parts
Huajing manufactures a broad range of mechanical components to drawings, samples or technical requirements. Materials can be supplied by Huajing or provided by the customer. Material grade, dimensions, tolerances, processes, quantities and inspection requirements are confirmed for each project.
Material grade is confirmed based on the drawing or project requirements.
Reviewed Against Each Project
Machined parts are not fixed-stock specifications. Material, volume and component scope are reviewed against the drawing and purchasing requirements.
Specified Materials
If the drawing specifies a material grade, temper, stock form or material certificate, include those requirements with the RFQ so material preparation and machining can be reviewed together.
Volume & Recurring Supply
Projects can include prototypes, pilot runs, small-, medium- and large-volume orders, and recurring supply. Capacity and lead time are confirmed for each project.
Representative Projects
Common projects include base plates, connectors, fixture parts, equipment structures, aluminum components and secondary-machined extrusions. Other components are reviewed against the drawing, material, dimensions, tolerances, processes, quantity and quality requirements.
