If a standard part is unavailable and the component must be made to your drawing, send Huajing the 2D drawing, 3D model, material and quantity. We will review the files first, confirm the machining work we can undertake, and then discuss prototype, small-batch or batch requirements.

We review whether the part involves milling, turning, drilling, tapping, chamfering or counterboring, then confirm the work we can undertake.
If the drawing changed after a prototype, send the latest revision together with the change details. Before batch production, material, quantity, inspection and packaging are checked again.
When providing both 2D and 3D files, state which file governs dimensions and identify surfaces that must not be marked or require protection.
