MECHANICAL PARTS
If you need base plates, connectors, fixture parts or other mechanical components, send Huajing the drawing, material and quantity. We will review critical dimensions, tolerances, holes, threads and inspection requirements, then confirm whether the part is suitable for our machining capability. If material is not yet prepared, we can also review the required stock and blank size.
Send the drawing first for review. Base plates, connectors, fixture parts and equipment structures are assessed from their actual dimensions and requirements.
After receiving the drawing, we check whether the part involves milling, turning, drilling, tapping, chamfering or counterboring, then confirm the work we can undertake.
If material is not ready, we can review the grade, stock size and blank dimensions. Please also state the quantity and whether the request is for a prototype, small batch or batch production.
When sending 2D drawings, 3D models and technical notes together, identify the current revision and which file governs dimensions.
